1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Romanian Development Connection website and the purchase of tickets for our events. By accessing our website or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. About Us

3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket purchases are final. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless we explicitly state otherwise.
• A valid ticket (QR code) must be presented at the event for entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket cannot be verified.
• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date, upon written request to rdc.ireland@gmail.com.
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event, except where the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us.
• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
• If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. A refund may be requested within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
• We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with attending an event.

5. Event Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, and staff. We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event without a refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Romanian Development Connection and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording may take place at our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you have any concerns, please contact us before the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romanian Development Connection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant ticket(s).

9. Website Use

• You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
• We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
